Guidelines for "GACKT LAST SONGS 2021 feat. K" Shows
Preventive measures against the spread of new coronavirus infectious diseases will be taken before the show will take place.
Please make sure to read the following information before purchasing a ticket.
This guidelines are subject to change depending on the situation. Please note.
The guidelines for infection prevention measures described below were created by the Japan Association of Music Enterprises, and the Concert Promoters Association on July 10th, 2020. In accordance with the "Guidelines for Preventing New Coronavirus Infections in Music Concerts" revised on October 8th, nee measures to prevent new Coronavirus infections will be implemented on this tour. This is a summary of measures and policies to be taken to supplement the ones that are in line with the above.
[Purchasing a Ticket]
*When purchasing tickets, please register the names, addresses, and contact information for everyone who attends. If you purchase multiple tickets, you will be required to fill in the same information with your companions.
*Please note that your information may be given to the local government or health center if it is discovered that there was an infected person at the venue at some point.
*To be admitted, you are required to install the new Coronavirus Contact Confirmation App (COCOA).
Please download it to your smartphone in advance and have it ready to use when you arrive at the venue. If you don’t have app installed, you will be refused admission.
* Some smartphone models do not support the new coronavirus contact confirmation app (COCOA). Make sure to confirm if you are able to install it on your phone before you purchase a ticket.
*In addition to the points mentioned above, be aware of a possibility that the information on the day may change along with the guidelines in the future. Please note that the performance may be canceled or postponed, and the operational rules may be unavoidably changed when or if the government countermeasures headquarters and each local government announce changes to each guideline, issues a state of emergency and request to refrain from going out, or moving across prefectures, or if the organizer decides it is necessary.
*Please note that refunds will not be issued for any reason (personal illness or etc) except when performance is canceled.
[Confirming During Attendance]
If you can’t meet any of the following points, you will not be able to attend the show. Make sure to check on the day of the show.
-You have not received a positive test for the new coronavirus, and you have not been instructed to self-isolate at home by your doctor.
-You did not come into close contact with anyone who tested positively for the new coronavirus within 14 days before the concert date.
-You did not travel to another country/ region, etc. that has entry restrictions and an observation period after entry from the government, within 14 days before the concert date. You also didn’t come into close contact with residents of that country/ region.
-No one in your family or anyone around you is suspected of being infected by a new coronavirus.
-On the day of the concert, you should measure your temperature at home before going out. Your temperature must be less than 37.5 degrees. (We will also measure your temperature with a non-contact thermometer at the time of admission)
-You must not have symptoms such as cough, fatigue, runny nose, diarrhea, vomiting, or having no taste or smell.
[At the Concert Venue]
・ Masks are required on the day of the show.
・ During the admission, you will be required to confirm if you have installed the new Coronavirus Contact Confirmation App (COCOA), get your temperature checked and disinfect your hands before entering the venue.
・ Please wash your hands thoroughly and use hand disinfection even after entering the venue.
・ Please refrain from cheering loudly at the venue and avoid loud conversations at the venue and in the lobby.
・ You may temporarily remove the mask only when you consume a beverage. Please put your mask immediately back on after ingestion. Please refrain from eating in the hall.
・ All seats are reserved for this concert. Please refrain from watching from anywhere other than your assigned seat. Also, please be careful to prevent contact with people around you.
・ If you feel sick at the venue, don’t wait and please contact the staff near you right away.
・ The venue will be constantly ventilated via facility's air conditioning system.
・ If you do not follow these rules at the time of admission, you will be escorted out.
[Infection Control at the Venue]
・ The number of seats to be sold is based on the government's restrictions for holding events in regard of the new coronavirus pandemic.
・ Regulations will be applied at the time of admission and after the show. Please avoid traffic inside the venue and help avoid congestion in the halls.
・ Venue will be ventilated at all times.
・ If there is a high risk of infection, such as a close contact with a another attendee, the staff will come up and speak to you.
・ We perform thorough cleaning and disinfection of parts that people touch frequently, such as doorknobs and handrails.
・ All the restrooms are frequently cleaned and disinfected.
